HAHUSATM Ltd. provides certified ethical hacking and cybersecurity services, which may involve unconventional means expressly authorized by the client.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:

• All actions are carried out with your explicit approval.

• HAHUSATM Ltd. shall not be held liable for any criminal or illegal activity engaged in by the client.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

• All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of HAHUSATM Ltd.

• Refunds will be considered case by case, depending on:

  • The type of service requested.

  • The stage of work completed.

  • The time and resources already invested.

• No refunds will be granted for services that have been fully delivered or completed according to the agreed scope of work.

3. Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 12 hours from the time of authorization.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The client withdraws from the service after significant progress has been made.

• The request for refund is based on a change of mind, after work has commenced.

• The service failure results from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. No Data Collection

• HAHUSATM Ltd. does not collect, store, or retain personal data beyond what is required to execute the service.

• Any information temporarily shared is securely deleted after service completion.
